GGD Type Low-Voltage Fixed Complete Switchgear
The GGD-type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is designed for power distribution systems in power plants, substations, petrochemical facilities, industrial and mining enterprises, and high-rise buildings. It serves applications such as motor control centers and capacitor compensation, operating at a frequency of 50 Hz, rated working voltage of 380 V, and rated working current up to 3150 A, providing energy conversion, distribution, and control functions for power supply, lighting, and distribution equipment.
The GGD-type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts a standard modular design, with its frame constructed from locally welded sections of 8mm cold-formed steel, featuring 20 standardized mounting holes and offering high modularization efficiency.
The GGD-type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet comprehensively addresses heat dissipation during operation, featuring a varying number of cooling slots at both the top and bottom ends that create a sealed natural ventilation channel running from top to bottom within the cabinet, ensuring effective heat dissipation.
The instrument door equipped with electrical components is connected to the frame via multi-strand copper flexible wiring, while the cabinets mounting components are secured to the frame using knurled screws, forming a complete grounding protection circuit for the entire unit.
The cabinet surface is treated with electrostatic spray coating, offering strong adhesion and a premium texture. The entire unit features a matte finish to avoid any glare.
The cabinet has an IP 30 protection rating.
