This product is an oil-filled sealed type, operating on the same principle as a sealed power transformer. Amorphous alloy consists primarily of iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, boron, carbon, and other elements. It is a homotropic soft magnetic material characterized by low magnetization power, absence of structural defects that hinder domain wall movement, and an extremely thin thickness of only 0.027 mm. Consequently, its filling factor is reduced to merely 0.75–0.8, while its resistivity is significantly higher—3–6 times that of silicon steel plate—and its hardness is five times greater. Amorphous alloy exhibits exceptional sensitivity to mechanical stress.

The S13 model is a self-developed product developed by our company based on the original S11 distribution transformer, through the integration of research and application of new materials and manufacturing processes with independent innovation and technology adoption. By optimizing and innovating the design of the iron core and coil structure, it achieves the objectives of reducing no-load losses and noise levels. The noise level has decreased by an average of 20% compared to the current national standard JB/T10088-2004, and the product performance meets advanced domestic standards.

Low losses: Due to its features—including low joint reluctance, magnetic circuit paths at corners aligned with the magnetic permeability direction of silicon steel sheets, tight winding with high filling factor, and lightweight core—the three-dimensional wound iron-core oil-immersed transformer achieves a 18–28% reduction in no-load loss (Po) and a 50–60% decrease in no-load current (Lo) compared to traditional iron-core oil-immersed transformers. It offers significant energy-saving benefits and is economically efficient to operate. Low noise: The noise level of a three-dimensional wound-core oil-immersed transformer is 5–10 dB lower than that of a laminated-core oil-immersed transformer, making it an ideal quiet product. High mechanical strength: All three-dimensional wound cores feature a perfectly circular cross-section, offering superior short-circuit resistance compared to those with elongated circular sections. Additionally, the high coverage of shims and excellent fastening performance significantly enhance the products short-circuit resistance.

The S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers developed by our company feature low losses, low noise, and high efficiency, delivering significant energy savings while reducing environmental impact. Compared to conventional oil-immersed transformers, these models eliminate the oil reservoir; oil level variations are automatically compensated through the elasticity of corrugated plates in the tank. The transformer is completely isolated from air, preventing oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and requiring no maintenance during normal operation.
