S11-Type Oil-immersed Power Transformer

The S11-M series fully sealed oil-immersed power transformers developed by our company feature low losses, low noise, and high efficiency, delivering significant energy savings while reducing environmental impact. Compared to conventional oil-immersed transformers, these models eliminate the oil reservoir; oil level variations are automatically compensated through the elasticity of corrugated plates in the tank. The transformer is completely isolated from air, preventing oil degradation and insulation aging, thereby enhancing operational reliability and requiring no maintenance during normal operation.

1. The transformer core is constructed from imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets stacked together, significantly reducing no-load losses and no-load current. The core is also bound to ensure structural integrity and minimize noise emissions.

2. High-and low-voltage windings are wound with oxygen-free copper; low-voltage windings up to 500 KVA adopt a double-layer cylindrical structure, while those from 630 KVA onward use a double-helix or four-helix structure, whereas high-voltage windings employ a multi-layer cylindrical structure.

3. The transformer connection group adopts Dyn11 configuration to minimize harmonic interference on the power grid and enhance power supply quality.

4. The transformer features a fully sealed structure, extending its service life and eliminating the need for core removal or maintenance.

5. The measured noise level is below the standard.

After normal transportation, these transformers require no core inspection; the relevant components can be installed, acceptance tests conducted, and the units put into operation upon passing all requirements.
