SC(B)H15-Type Amorphous Alloy Cast Resin

Our company manufactures three-phase, three-column amorphous alloy dry-type transformers that inherit the advantages of cast-type dry transformers while featuring a more rational structure and enhanced reliability.

Low losses: The products no-load loss is only 40% of that of the SCB 10 model, offering excellent energy efficiency, cost-effective operation, and maintenance-free performance.

Low noise: The products noise level is 10–15 decibels or more lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-2016 "Acoustic Level of 6–220 kV Transformers".

Low partial discharge: The resin mixture employs two cutting-edge technologies—state-of-the-art stirring methods and vacuum film degassing—to ensure uniform mixing and complete elimination of air bubbles. The product exhibits extremely low partial discharge levels, which can be controlled below 5 PC. Both high-voltage and low-voltage coils are cast under vacuum and pressure conditions, ensuring the resin insulation achieves both full encapsulation and inter-turn impregnation. The cast body features a dense cured structure that is flame-retardant, explosion-proof, and environmentally friendly.

Insulating materials such as glass fiber used in wound coils possess self-extinguishing properties; they do not generate electric arcs during short circuits, and the resin does not release toxic or harmful gases under high temperatures.

High mechanical strength: Resin with fillers reduces the variation in expansion coefficients within the cast body, minimizes curing shrinkage and internal stress, and results in high hardness of the cured product. The epoxy resin encapsulation layers on both inner and outer surfaces of high-and low-voltage coils contain pre-shaped reinforcing materials that form a dense structure akin to reinforced concrete, thereby achieving mechanical strength superior to that of pure epoxy resin and enabling resistance to sudden short-circuit electrical forces without damage.
