The GCS-type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear was designed and developed by the Ministry of Electric Power Industry and the Ministry of Machinery Industry in response to the requirements of industry regulatory authorities, power users, and design institutes. It is a withdrawable switchgear tailored to Chinas specific conditions, featuring advanced technical specifications, capable of meeting the demands of the evolving power market, and competitive with existing imported products, earning widespread recognition from manufacturers and power application sectors.

The ZGS series modular transformer, also known as the American-style transformer, is a product line developed to meet the needs of urban and rural power grid construction, expansion, and renovation. It integrates the transformer core, switching equipment, fuses, tap changers, low-voltage distribution devices, and other auxiliary components into a single unit, fulfilling various configuration requirements such as energy metering, reactive power compensation, and low-voltage branching. As an independent complete power transformation and distribution system designed for AC 50 Hz networks at 6–10 kV with rated capacities ranging from 63 to 1600 kVA, the ZGS-type modular transformer is suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications. It finds extensive use in industrial parks, urban residential communities, commercial centers, high-rise buildings, temporary construction sites, and diverse other environments.

Modular substation: A set of integrated equipment units that have passed type testing. Key components include transformers, high-voltage switchgear and control equipment, low-voltage switchgear and control equipment, corresponding internal connection cables (cables, busbars, etc.), and auxiliary equipment. Connected via cables, the modular substation can be operated from both its interior and exterior, and is suitable for installation on or beneath ground, either partially or fully.

Low losses: The products no-load loss is over 30% lower than that of the SCB 10 model, and its load loss is over 10% lower than that of the SCB 11 model, offering excellent energy efficiency, cost-effective operation, and maintenance-free performance. Low noise: The products noise level is 10–15 decibels or more lower than the current professional standard JB/T10088-2016 “Acoustic Level of 6–220 kV Transformers”. High mechanical strength: Resin with fillers reduces the variation in expansion.
